HOUSE NINE
House Nine transforms a 230 m² house into nine independent residences for students. The project reworks the existing structure to maximize space, natural light and privacy within a compact footprint, balancing individual living with a shared sense of community. Rather than treating density as a limitation, the intervention uses it to create a more efficient and contemporary model of student living.
